lives and operates in a very stressful state. You have probably heard me talk about it a lot already but it is a very common theme in all of my materials. Being in a catabolic state, or state of physical break down, for a prolonged period of time is what I truly believe is leading to many of the chronic degenerative diseases that we see today. Most people do not know what this means, let alone how to recognize if they are in this state. That is what this post will hopefully help you figure out.
am not sure who truly came up with the Joint-by-Joint approach to training but I always credit the idea to Gray Cook and Mike Boyle, who really helped get the information out to other trainers. If you are not familiar with the idea here it is in a nutshell:
