Signs of Physical Breakdown

In today’s world, a lot of our society lives and operates in a very stressful state. You have probably heard me talk about it a lot already but it is a very common theme in all of my materials. I think that we can start taking this analogy a couple steps deeper and realize that not only is our body our vehicle, but that vehicle is a hybrid car. You may think I am nuts but hang with me and let me explain what I mean. Continue reading

Health vs Fitness

Would you rather be a "Fit" Marathoner or "Healthy" Sprinter?

Many people use the terms “health” and “fitness” as synonyms in this day and age. They feel like if you go out and perform a bunch of different fit challenges that it means you are healthy. However, I feel like there is a big difference between being fit and being healthy.
